Every product has a lifecycle and our products are no different. This lifecycle starts when a product is released to market and ends when the product is no longer sold or supported.

We will continue to support the product for a period after withdrawing from sale, specific dates can be found in the below table. Swiftpage typically support the most recent three versions of the Act! software.

In some regions, obsolescence policies for Act! may not currently be in place or may vary. All changes in your region will be communicated to you in advance of any action required by you.

The Act! Knowledgebase and Act! Online Community are valuable resources that you can access to get answers to queries, problems, share ideas and more. These tools are available to supported and unsupported customers.
